NDVI Scope for iPhone
Coming soon to the App Store. Outline a field on your iPhone, pick a clear Sentinel-2 satellite date, and see plant health and problem patches worked out on the phone.

NDVI Scope for iPhone is coming soon to the App Store. For now it is in TestFlight, Apple's beta testing service, and cannot be downloaded from the store yet. The browser and desktop version has its own write-up.
Find a farm by address or by typing coordinates, then draw a box around the field. The app searches the free public archive of Sentinel-2 satellite images, with no key or sign-up, and works out the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), a standard measure of how green and healthy plants are. Patches that are doing worse than the rest of the field are marked as problem areas.
