  • The App is offline. It does not phone home and has no backend.
  • Audio is playback only (sound effects and narration). The App does not use the microphone.
  • We do not sell personal information.

Information the App uses

Audio playback. The App plays sound effects and narration through an ambient audio session on the device. Playback does not record. The App does not request microphone access and does not capture audio.

Nothing in that session is uploaded. The App has no server to send it to.

What we do not collect

  • No user accounts or profiles.
  • No advertising identifiers for ads.
  • No third-party analytics or crash SDKs in the App for tracking.
  • No location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access.
  • No backend that stores play, scores, or device data.
  • No encryption. Export compliance declares no non-exempt encryption (ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption is no).

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
