Lumaroo for iPad: Support

Why does Lumaroo ask for my location?

For the tide station, the UV forecast and the satellite pictures. It only needs an approximate location, and it works with Precise Location turned off. You can also type a board location in Settings.

The UV window says "Nothing new today".

EPA has no forecast for that ZIP code, or the iPad is offline. The forecast is a prediction from EPA, not a measurement.

The gas price is a week old.

EIA publishes a weekly average, usually on Mondays. Lumaroo shows the latest week EIA has posted.

A YouTube clip won't play.

Lumaroo uses YouTube's own player. Some clips can't be shown in other apps; Lumaroo skips those.
