What it does. A recorded window of real ADS-B from the local PiAware around Washington National, drawn the way it would land on a TAK tablet: cyan friendlies, callsign, altitude, and a Cursor-on-Target event you can copy. The desktop tool listens to a receiver and pushes that event onto the wire. This page is the picture, already in the HTML.
No receiver, no live dump1090, no server. Tracks are a real capture export. Nothing about where you look is sent anywhere, because nothing is fetched.
